New Directions Education are currently recruiting for an EYFS Teacher to work in a primary school in Ellesmere Port. The school is looking for someone with previous EYFS experience or an EYFS qualification, who can confidently support children through their early learning journey.
About the Role
Teaching within an EYFS setting
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Supporting children’s development across the EYFS curriculum
Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
Encouraging children’s confidence, independence and curiosity
Working closely with support staff and other members of the school team
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Assessing and tracking children’s progress effectively
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous EYFS teaching experience
EYFS specialism is preferable
A strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum
A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
The ability to build positive relationships with young children
Someone who can hit the ground running and become part of the school team
