The Role
Supporting children within EYFS classrooms across a variety of primary schools.
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities.

Encouraging children’s social, emotional and communication skills.
Helping to create a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment.
Adapting quickly to different school settings and classroom routines.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification.
Has experience working within EYFS or with early years-aged children.
Demonstrates a good understanding of the EYFS Framework.
Is flexible, reliable and confident working in different school environments.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is passionate about supporting children during their early stages of education.
