Supply Primary Teaching Assistant (TA) – Dartford

We work closely with a wide range of welcoming and reputable primary schools across Dartford and its surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden one’s experience development as an educator, while playing a vital role in helping children with different learning needs reach their individual goals.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting teachers and pupils across a range of year groups and subjects.
  • Leading or assisting with small-group or 1:1 support sessions and interventions
  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and varying learning capabilities.
  • Assisting with the preparation of the class and learning resources.
  • Feeding back to teachers on pupil progress and helping to adapt learning accordingly.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in supporting children of all abilities.
  • Can communicate clearly and build strong relationships with staff and pupils.
  • Is adaptable, confident, and comfortable working in new environments.
  • Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply for one).
  • Ideally has previous school-based experience (although relevant education experience outside of schools will be considered).
  • Experience working with children, but qualifications not required
