New Directions are looking to appoint a School Cleaner to work on a temporary basis in primary school based in Chester. This position is a guarantee September 2019 start and will be continued on a week by week basis.
Applicants should have a background working in commercial cleaning and be able to provide a COSHH training certificate.
Cleaning certain parts of the school site
Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors
Sweeping uncarpeted areas
Emptying and cleaning bins
Spot cleaning of spillages
Cleaning desks, seats and skirting boards
Cleaning toilet areas and replenishing toiletries
Cleaning doors and windows
Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to the caretaker or supervisor
Hours of work will be either in the morning or afternoon – so if you could please advise your preference.
