-Creating a positive, structured and aspirational classroom environment
Who We’re Looking For
-Qualified Science Teachers (QTS/QTLS) – ECTs are welcome
-Specialists in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or strong all‑round Science practitioners
-Confident communicators with strong behaviour management
-Teachers who can simplify complex ideas and engage learners of all abilities
-Individuals who want to contribute positively to a supportive, collaborative Science team
