What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for dedicated professionals who:
Hold QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have experience working with SEMH and/or SEND learners
Use strong, trauma‑informed behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
Teach with compassion, patience, and adaptability
Have Team Teach or similar therapeutic behaviour support training (desirable, not essential)
Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Deliver creative and highly differentiated lessons that inspire engagement
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or school‑based anxiety
Support the development of emotional regulation, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, therapists, and external agencies
Contribute meaningfully to EHCP targets, individual learning plans, and wider pastoral support
Create a safe, inclusive, and predictable classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
