What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for dedicated professionals who:

• Hold QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience working with SEMH and/or SEND learners
• Use strong, trauma‑informed behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
• Teach with compassion, patience, and adaptability
• Have Team Teach or similar therapeutic behaviour support training (desirable, not essential)

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Deliver creative and highly differentiated lessons that inspire engagement
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or school‑based anxiety
• Support the development of emotional regulation, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
• Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, therapists, and external agencies
• Contribute meaningfully to EHCP targets, individual learning plans, and wider pastoral support
• Create a safe, inclusive, and predictable classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
