We are seeking candidates for both:

· Ad-hoc day-to-day supply roles

· Full-time, long-term positions, with opportunities that may lead to permanent contracts

SEMH Teaching Assistants

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with young people and can build positive relationships while supporting students both academically and emotionally.

We particularly welcome applications from:

· Sports coaches

· Individuals with a sporting background

· Psychology graduates

· Youth workers

· Behaviour mentors

· Candidates with experience supporting vulnerable young people

The ability to motivate, engage and inspire students through positive role modelling is essential.

Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs)

We are also recruiting experienced HLTAs who can confidently deliver lessons, support learning across the curriculum and contribute to raising student achievement.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

Are you an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience? We are interested in speaking with ECTs who are willing to work in HLTA positions. These opportunities provide excellent experience and may result in a permanent teaching contract for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

· Have a passion for supporting young people

· Be confident managing behaviour and building rapport

· Demonstrate resilience, patience and adaptability

· Have experience working with children or young adults (preferred but not essential)

· Hold a degree, coaching qualification, or relevant educational experience (desirable)

What We Offer:

· Long-term and full-time opportunities

· Competitive rates of pay

· Ongoing support and professional development

· Potential pathways into permanent school-based roles
