What You’ll Need
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
✔ Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs
✔ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✔ A caring, adaptable, and resilient approach
Your Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to SEN students
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Focus on student progress and wellbeing – minimal planning/marking
