Job Specification
SEN Teacher responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual pupil needs.
Adapt curriculum and teaching methods for various learning difficulties.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
Develop and manage Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support behaviour management and create an inclusive, safe environment.
Collaborate with parents, support staff, and external specialists.
Promote inclusion and foster a love of learning.
