The Role:
Provide general classroom support, helping pupils engage in lessons and daily activities.
Work with small groups or individual children who may need additional guidance.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation and behaviour routines.
Support children’s social, emotional and communication development.
Help create a positive, safe and encouraging learning environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
Patient, motivated and passionate about helping children succeed.
Transferable experience from care, social care, the NHS, youth work, coaching, childcare or similar roles is highly valued.
Must have at least 6 months of referenceable experience from the last 5 years.
No previous school experience required – full training and ongoing support provided.
Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide employment references from the last 5 years
