We are currently seeking a dedicated additional learning needs teaching assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds and create a engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the teacher in terms of lesson planning and setting out resources etc
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to the teacher
• Ensure pupils are on task and check understanding throughout the lessons
• Work well in a team environment
• Support pupils who have different additional learning needs in different settings

Requirement:

• Additional learning needs experience for more than 3 months
• Bachelors degree (preference but not essential)
