Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a background in nursery or Early Years? A primary school on the Wirral is looking for a dedicated TA to join their team, working all day Thursday and Friday afternoons.
This role would be ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of working with younger children and enjoys supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.
About the Role
Supporting pupils within a primary school setting
Working all day Thursday
Working Friday afternoon
Using your nursery/Early Years experience to support children’s needs
Helping pupils engage with learning and activities
Supporting communication, social development and independence
Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
Helping create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working as a TA, LSA or within a nursery setting
Nursery/Early Years experience is essential
A caring, patient and nurturing approach
Good understanding of children’s development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and committed to the required days
A genuine passion for supporting children to thrive
