We have a range of FREE CPD training courses, from Safeguarding to Autism Awareness, which will teach you the relevant skills and attributes necessary for supporting children in our schools.

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:

• Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• Be encouraging and supportive.
• Have a positive attitude towards teaching and aiding students development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.
• Be Passionate about children’s education.
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to the varying needs of students.
