The Role

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Supporting pupils with varying learning needs to help them reach their full potential.
• Contributing to a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapting to different school settings and year groups as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience.
• Has experience working within a primary school setting.
• Is confident supporting pupils across a range of year groups.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
