• Build positive and professional relationships with pupils and school staff
• Provide support to students accessing personalised learning programmes
• Encourage engagement, confidence, and participation within the classroom
• Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Use effective communication skills to support pupils’ individual needs
• Has experience within the care sector, support work, or similar child-based environments
• Is calm, patient, and confident when managing challenging behaviour
• Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable pupils
• Is eager to develop their skills and progress within the education sector
