Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels encouraged to achieve their full potential.
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
Have excellent communication skills.
Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Be encouraging and supportive.
Support pupils with varying learning needs, ensuring they remain engaged and confident.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.
Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential, as full support and guidance will be provided.
