The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in care, nursing, youth work, coaching, or similar support roles is highly valued.
• A calm, patient, and trauma-informed approach to behaviour and emotional needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to supporting children who need it most.
• No formal school experience required – full training and mentoring provided for the right candidate.
