We work with a wide range of primary schools across Warrington, giving you the opportunity to work in different school environments while gaining valuable experience and building strong relationships with local schools.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Follow school plans and ensure continuity of learning.
Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
Provide feedback to schools regarding pupils’ progress and learning where required.
Adapt your teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils.
The Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
Primary teaching experience is desirable.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A flexible and positive approach to working across different school settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
