October has been a great month for nominations, highlighting outstanding perfomace and achievements, once again thank you to the schools for partcipating and acknowledging the work of the supply staff.
Last month’s winner Lynette Buntain chose to spend her vouchers at Liverpool One. Lynette was thrilled to be the nominated winner for September.
October 2012 Winner: Toni Moore at Mount Primary School
This month we had 2 nominations for Toni which really emphasised what a great attribute Toni is to the school she works in but also to the community.
We had a planned fire alarm this morning and purposely did not let her know about it so we could gauge the effectiveness of fire safety information we provide supply staff. Her class arrived at the front of the school very promptly and she took the correct route through a locked gate, using the emergency key she had collected in class to open it, to avoid waiting behind another class delayed by a closer but locked gate. Her performance was exemplary and matched that of existing staff more experienced with fire drills at our school.
School Business Manager – Mount Primary School
I would like to put Toni Moore forward for this award. She has been working at Mount Primary every Friday and is starting a 2 week period in our school and she works so well with the children and is very friendly with all the staff! She is also a stem cell donor and is still going to make it back into our school following it! what a star!
Neil Duncan – Mount Primary School, Wallasey
Account Manager Jennifer Morrison was overjoyed for Toni, saying
Toni is an amazing person and an excellent teacher. Feedback on Toni is always of the highest quality and her commitment to New Directions really makes her a pleasure to work with. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am for Toni to be voted employee of the month as it is very much deserved. Thank you Toni for going the extra mile and well done.
Additional Nominations That Stood Out!

He is a credit to your agency and I know he is very highly regarded within our Science Department – he has been a God send!
