We’re recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Harrogate, delivering pre‑set lessons and keeping learning on track when teachers are absent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising classes using prepared lesson plans
Managing classroom behaviour positively and confidently
Keeping students engaged, focused, and motivated
Providing support and guidance where needed
Creating a safe, purposeful learning environment
No planning or marking required – just bring energy, confidence, and communication skills.

Are confident leading a classroom of secondary‑age students
Have experience working with young people (schools, colleges, youth work, coaching, etc.)
Are reliable, adaptable, and quick‑thinking
