New Directions Education are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to supervise, lead and educate KS3 – KS5 students across a variety of secondary schools across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Wakefield, Halifax, Huddersfield and Bradford.
In the absence of a qualified teacher, you will:
Deliver lesson plans across a variety of subjects from KS3 – KS5 students
Manage classroom behaviour and following safeguarding policies
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Ensure students have a safe and productive learning environment
Keep pupils motivated and on track with their learning
Reporting any behaviour issues and student progress through the correct channels
