We are currently seeking Inclusion Support Assistants for schools across. Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will support pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs, helping to promote inclusion, engagement, and positive outcomes within the school environment.
Key responsibilities
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Encouraging classroom engagement and participation
Assisting with emotional regulation and routines
Supporting a safe and inclusive learning environment
Working collaboratively with teaching and SEN staff
Requirements
Applicants should have:
A minimum of 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or within a similar support-based role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A patient and adaptable approach
Experience within education, care, mentoring, or support work is beneficial.
Location: Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas Pay: £93.63 per day Hours: Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities available
