New Directions Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to work in schools across Crewe. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting children throughout their primary education.
We work with a range of welcoming schools offering day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.
Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.
• Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback where required
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and the primary curriculum
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A full driving licence and access to transport (beneficial)
