The Role
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons
Providing one-to-one and small group support
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable
A caring, patient and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential
