As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work set while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
– Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school classroom
– Have excellent classroom management skills
– Are confident leading classes across a variety of subjects
– Can build positive relationships with students and staff
– Are flexible, reliable, and passionate about supporting young people’s education
