A vibrant and supportive Secondary School in Ellesmere Port is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Music Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis from January. The school is looking for a creative and passionate practitioner who can deliver inspiring Music lessons across KS3 and KS4. ECTs are encouraged to apply, and full induction support will be provided.
As a Music Teacher, you will be expected to:
Hold a PGCE with UK QTS/QTLS
Plan, prepare and teach high-quality Music lessons for a range of abilities
Create a positive, well-managed learning environment
Contribute to planning, assessment and attend parents’ evenings
Bring enthusiasm, flexibility, creativity and ambition to the role
Demonstrate a strong passion for teaching Music
Deliver curriculum-based Music lessons to students aged 11–16/18, adapting content to meet individual needs
