This role is ideal for candidates with previous school-based experience who are passionate about supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including those requiring additional SEN support. We are looking for individuals who can build positive relationships, encourage engagement, and help create an environment where every child can succeed.
The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons while providing additional support to pupils who may benefit from targeted interventions, adapted learning approaches, or extra encouragement throughout the school day.

What We’re Looking For
– Previous experience working within a school setting is essential
– Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Support Assistant, or similar role
– Understanding of supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
– A patient, caring, and proactive approach
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– The ability to adapt to the varying needs of pupils
– Available to work 5 days per week
