Your Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils and teachers by:

• Assisting learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Supporting small groups and 1:1 interventions
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Providing general classroom and behaviour support

What You’ll Need

• Previous school-based experience (essential)
• A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting children
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Relevant TA qualification (desirable, but experience matters most)
