The Role:
Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Working closely with classroom teachers to help manage behaviour, support student engagement, and provide targeted help to those who need it most.
Assisting small groups or individual students, including those with additional learning needs, to help them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Gaining valuable insight into lesson planning, behaviour management, and the day-to-day running of a secondary classroom.
Who We’re Looking For:
Recent graduates (any subject) with a genuine interest in education and working with young people.
Individuals who are considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or youth work.
Positive, proactive team players who are confident, patient, and eager to learn.
Prior experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work) is beneficial but not essential.
