We are working with a number of primary schools across Ellesmere Port and are recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants for a variety of roles starting in September 2026.

Whether you’re looking for a long-term position, short-term placement or flexible supply work, we have opportunities to suit your experience and availability.

The Role

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Providing classroom support alongside the class teacher
• Delivering small group interventions and targeted support
• Working on a 1:1 basis where required
• Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience working within a primary school
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, patient and adaptable approach
• Passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
