We are seeking experienced and adaptable SEN Teachers to work on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply basis within a variety of educational environments. The Role
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
Adapt teaching approaches to support a range of learning, communication, and behavioural needs.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Follow school policies and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and support staff.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different settings and learner needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
