We are seeking to appoint 3 full-time and 2 part-time SEND Teaching Assistants in the Bromsgrove & Redditch areas. These roles are long-term with the potential to move permanent, supporting children with SEND needs.
These roles will be working in small classes of 8-12 children with varying needs, previous experience with children / adults who are autistic and have speech & language support need would be highly beneficial and enable the successful applicants to adapt to the role more seamlessly.
These roles are working in schools who have a very good reputation locally to enabling their learners to develop both as individuals and their academic milestones and have a big emphasis on keeping on staff who are determined and promoting from within.
You will need to have a minimum of 4 months SEND support experience from either transferrable experience such as: residential, care and support work or school setting.
Whilst in role, you will be paid on a weekly basis at a daily rate from £92.56 to £98.02 per day if confirmed into the full-time role, part-time roles are pro-rata.
