The Role:
Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Following existing lesson plans and adapting activities where required
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations
Supporting students with their learning and development
Building positive relationships with students and school staff
Ensuring continuity of learning throughout the school day
Working effectively within different school environments
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within a primary school setting
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
The ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A flexible, reliable and professional approach
A passion for supporting students to achieve their potential
A strong commitment to safeguarding
All applicants must have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check and provide appropriate professional references.
