Would you like to work at a Comprehensive school within Bridgend that has an excellent reputation? Here at New Directions, we’re currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to help nurture and support pupils, you will also be required to support the class teacher with the day-to-day running of the classroom and can also work unsupervised when required.

We’re looking for candidates who are committed, career-driven, flexible and versatile with the confidence to work to a plan but also with their initiative.

To be considered for these vacancies you will need to have a background working with children or display transferable skills from previous roles, this will be required alongside the passion and confidence to positively impact children’s educational experience. Previous employment working with children with additional learning needs is advantageous but not essential.
