New Directions Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Bradford.

The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning throughout the school day. Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning objectives
Encouraging pupil participation, confidence and independence
Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
Supporting pupils of varying abilities to access the curriculum
Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
Promoting positive behaviour and assisting with classroom management
Helping to create an inclusive, safe and stimulating learning environment
Supporting pupils during breaktimes, educational activities and school events where required

Previous experience working within a primary school is essential
