About the Role:

As a Year 4 Supply Teacher, you’ll be stepping into a supportive and engaging classroom environment where your teaching skills will shine. Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and providing a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Year 4 pupils according to the National Curriculum.
• Implement lesson plans effectively and adapt as needed.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour and support student development.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and communicate effectively with parents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2), preferably Year 4.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and problem-solving.
