The Role

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional assistance
• Supporting teaching and learning within the general classroom
• Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Assisting with interventions, small group work and classroom activities
• Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school
• Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within the classroom
• A proactive, patient and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
