The Role

As a HLTA, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions.
• Work closely with teaching staff to help raise attainment and pupil progress.
• Foster a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.

What We’re Looking For

-A recognised HLTA qualification.

-Previous experience working within a Primary School setting.

-Strong classroom management and communication skills.

-A proactive, flexible and positive attitude.

-A passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.
