The Role
Full-time Cover Supervisor role with an immediate start
Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subject areas
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task

Key Responsibilities
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions provided by teachers
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Manage student behaviour in line with school policies
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progress during lessons
Support the wider school community as required
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience working with children or young people, preferably within an educational setting
Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
Is confident leading groups of students and maintaining engagement
Has the ability to adapt to different subjects and classroom environments
Is professional, reliable, and committed to supporting student achievement
Holds a degree or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
