£465 – £490 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)

New Directions are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in the North Manchester for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. This would suit someone who is passionate about early years and enjoys helping young children develop through play, communication and positive relationships.

• Based in North Manchester, the school is a welcoming primary setting with a strong focus on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence and independence.
• The role will be primarily based within EYFS, supporting children with their early learning and development through play, communication and engaging activities.

The ideal candidate

• Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent and has experience working with children, ideally within an EYFS or primary setting.
• Has a genuine interest in Early Years, with an understanding of learning through play and the importance of supporting children’s communication, social and emotional development.
• Is enthusiastic, nurturing and reliable, with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
