Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a full-time SEND Learning Support Assistant to support in a SEND specialist support school in the Redditch area.

This will be working in a SEND specialist setting which focused on the learning and also the personal development of their students, taking time to ensure they achieve their own goals as well as academic goals.

To be considered, you do not need to have previous school experience, however you will need to have transferrable experience from residential, support, care or similar settings. You will be given support from your local SEND support consultant who will be able to provide you with training and support to help you in your development in role.

You will be paid a week in arrears in this role at a daily rate ranging from £92.56 to £104.02 per day dependent on your experience and qualifications in relation this role
