As a Cover Supervisor, your working day will involve:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities to learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
Supporting students in maintaining engagement and focus throughout the school day.
Adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and needs, including those with autism, complex learning difficulties, and SEMH needs.
Promoting positive behaviour and creating a calm, supportive classroom environment.
Building positive, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff teams.
Ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every learner under your supervision.
