Job Description
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher looking for a short-term opportunity? A primary school in Ellesmere Port is looking for a dedicated teacher to join their team and provide Year 4 cover for approximately one month, starting ASAP.
This is a great opportunity for a teacher who can hit the ground running, quickly build positive relationships with pupils and deliver engaging lessons within a busy primary classroom.
About the Role
Teaching a Year 4 class
Providing full-time cover for approximately one month
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons
Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Working closely with school staff to ensure continuity for pupils
What We’re Looking For
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Previous experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 4
Strong classroom management skills
A confident and engaging teaching style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Someone who can start ASAP
A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their potential
