This position offers a unique blend of teaching Year 3 in the mornings and providing PPA cover across Foundation 2 to Year 6 in the afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and creative lessons to Year 3 students in line with the national curriculum
– Foster a stimulating learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of all students
– Provide effective PPA cover for various year groups in the afternoons, ensuring continuity of learning and student progress
– Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to individual student needs

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting
– Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
– Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to classroom management
– Flexibility and adaptability to provide effective PPA cover across multiple year groups
