About the Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work in a variety of primary schools, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school environments while maintaining flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (including SEN where required)
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous school-based experience (essential)
A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and a proactive approach to work
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential with experience)
